From the Ground Up: 3 Pillars of Lifelong Movement

After obtaining my massage therapy certification from the Healing Arts Institute in Ft. Collins, CO in 2003, I have continuously expanded my understanding of the human body and its mechanisms. By drawing upon my knowledge of RAPID Neurofascial Reset, Functional Range Systems, CranioSacral Therapy, Proprioseptive Deep Tendon Reflex, Neural Manipulation, and Facilitated Stretching, I can evaluate your body's specific requirements and provide appropriate treatment.

While I still offer limited conventional massage therapy services, I have shifted my focus to working with the nervous system to provide mindful bodywork designed to reduce pain, strengthen your foundation and restore the movement you need to stay active for life.

Rotary Picnic Well Attended

Once again the Rotary Picnic was a great sucess.  We got to meet our new exchange students for the Rotary Year:
